We are always communicating. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether we intend to or not, we are indeed communicating.
If another human is merely thinking about us, by default we are communicating with them. If they think we should be reaching out to them and we don't, we communicate a message. If we are in another's presence and remain silent, our silence and body language conveys a message. And if we do something or say something, we are of course communicating, just in a more direct way. You see, communication never stops.

A wise person is cognizant of their power to communicate. As with a sword, communication can cut both ways, so be prudent in its application.
